Ingredients:

1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 apples, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup sliced celery
2 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
lettuce leaves, optional



Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce leaves and toss well.

2. Place on lettuce leaves if desired and garnish with walnuts.

Yield: 4 Servings Serving Size: about 1 Cup
